Here at photosforyou.com.au we invite photographers to join our growing band and let us market your photos for you. This is a free service to all photographers who wish to register. This service is independent from any other form of marketing you do. This will NOT inhibit your own marketing; it will be an adjunct to your marketing. If you want to sell some of your stock photos as limited editions, we can work with you in doing that as well.

It is our intention to provide you with full marketing and production right down to the developing, framing and shipping all at no cost to you. All you have to do is submit up to 100 (one hundred) of your best images whether it is panoramic, landscape or portrait and we will do the rest. There is no specified time for you to participate, if at any time for any reason you decide you no longer want to participate you may have all on any of your photos withdrawn from our database. On the other hand, if you are happy with our service, we could enjoy our relationship for many years. You may register now or you may take a browse through our site to see the quality of service we are offering.

Limited Edition
If you have special photos that you wish to limit the copies sold you can stipulate how many you want to sell and we will comply with that labeling them Limited Edition

Copyright
As photosforyou.com.au is only acting as your agent in the sale of the images it is your responsibility to guarantee that you hold all copyright for any image submitted to photosforyou.com.au

Price
You may set the price for all your images submitted (here at photosforyou.com.au you can ask for some advice on what the market is at any particular time) but you have the final say on the price you require.

Quality
All our prints are reproduced on true archival quality paper with true archival quality inks, so they have long-term stability, and are mounted on quality acid free matting! We can also print a quality canvas to give the photo that jumping off the wall effect.

Our Commission
photosforyou.com.au adds a commission of 10% or AUD$30 which either is the greater. This is off set by the savings made in the prices we negotiated with the framer and the photo printer.

Free Registration
All you need to do to upload a photo, is complete the form below to become a member. If your registration is successful you will be taken to the home page from where you can immediately log in and start uploading your photos. Your e-mail address is your user name. Please note that you must resize your photos before uploading.

Please note that everything you fill in is case sensitive. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS The following is a legal agreement between you and the owners and operators of photosforyou.com.au ("Website"). By using the Website you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the Terms of use, please do not use the Website. You acknowledge photosforyou.com.au acts only as your agent to sell, print and/or frame any images submitted by you. Furthermore, you warrant that you are solely responsible for the Images you upload. That you own all proprietary rights regarding the Image, and as for Images depicting identifiable persons that you do your best to obtain a valid, legal and signed Model release from those parties to upload alongside the Image. You acknowledge that even though we do our best to prevent it from happening, photosforyou.com.au cannot be held responsible for the misuse or abuse of any Image. You warrant that you are of legal age to use the Website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of the Website. You agree that you are responsible for all of your use of the site including for the use of your account by others. photosforyou.com.au reserves the absolute right to refuse any image that in our opinion is not suitable for our site. You also acknowledge that the Images may be used for promotional purposes for the Website or your gallery on photosforyou.com.au Termination Either party can terminate your membership account for any reason. Upon termination photosforyou.com.au will remove all your Images from the Website. You acknowledge that because of copyright infringement or other kinds of serious - or even malicious - acts, you may face more serious consequences. By using this site you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of this site.
