Q) Could I order any other size photo?

A) Yes. We offer a full service; our web sizes are set only for practical reasons. If there is another size you require contact us for a quotation.

Q) My photo is not in digital format can I get enlarged and or framed?

A) Yes. If your photo is in good condition we can scan it for you. Just contact us and we will give you instructions how.

Q) My internet connection is too slow, is there another way I can get my image to you?

A) Yes. You can post it to us on a CD contact us and we will give instructions how

Q) Will the colours I see on my monitor (screen) be the same as the finished product?

A) Because of the wide variations in monitor brands, ages and settings there can be variations in colours.

Q) What is a shopping cart and how does it work?

A) A shopping cart is the same as a supermarket trolley, where you can place items into your cart (just click on the 'Add to Cart' button) without having to buy them.

You are not committed to purchase until you take your selected item(s) through the checkout.

To purchase the item(s) you must first add it to your cart.

Q) How secure are payments on your website?

A) All payment details are processed by a secure server and this information is sent by 128 bit encryption this the safest way information can be transmitted. By using 128 bit encryption it is virtually impossible to break the code and steal your credit card details. A small padlock appears in the status bar of the browser at the bottom of your screen when you are entering your card details, signifying you are currently on a secure platform.

Another sign that are on a secure site is that the address bar of the browser will begin with https://.

Q) How are online payments handled?

Q) What if I do not want to pay by credit card online?

A) There are several ways you may pay if you do not wish to use your credit card online. Even though our online credit card processing is totally secure you may place an order directly with us by:

2. You can direct deposit into our account from your own bank or financial institution. Please contact us for instructions.

3. You can pay by cheque or money order.
   (If paying by cheque please allow extra time for the cheque to be processed.)

Q) Can I arrange to have the goods delivered to another address?

A) Yes. When you enter your personal details you will be given the opportunity to nominate the delivery address

A) Delivery within Australia is included in the purchase price. For deliveries outside of Australia please contact us for delivery costs.
